The Sims 3 on Xbox 360 – endless sound effect in live mode glitch, wishes and opportunities glitch

I’ve been playing the game for about 10 days now. Starting 2 days ago, whenever I’m in live mode, I constantly hear a very annoying sound effect that plays in an endless loop. When I disable sound effects, it stops. When I turn sound effects back on, it plays again endlessly. This is in addition to whatever other sound is happening. if I have the stereo on, that works fine, but the sound effect still keeps playing along with it. It doesn’t matter where I go in town or at home, the problem persists in live mode.
Also, I can no longer access one of sims’ wishes and opportunities. In live mode at the bottom of the screen, I can see his wishes. But when I open up the full thing where you see everything, his wish list is blank. Therefore, when he has a new wish and I try to grant it, the game tells me his list is full and brings up the list let me delete some, but that list is empty. Then when I switch to another sim with LT or RT and switch back to him, his list is the same as their list.
With these bugs, I’m no longer able to play the game. I love the game, but these bugs are very annoying and make the game unplayable, especially the sound effect one.
EA is slow on releasing an update for the game. There’s a few other bugs, like one where the game freezes when trying to save. I haven’t got that yet, but it has been known for a while. I hope they fix these problems because I really like the game.
Leave a comment here if you’ve seen these bugs or a different bug. Maybe one that isn’t posted anywhere else online. I haven’t seen anything about these bugs I have.
Oh and sorry for the video quality. i don’t have one of those devices that you hook up to your Xbox 360 to record gameplay. So I recorded my TV screen with my camera. Don’t yell at me.
12-15-10 Note: I have found a still not perfect way to replace that very loud annoying sound effect with the quieter one you get from town map.
I couldn’t fit everything I wanted to say right here, so if you want to see, go to my blogger site: http://thomaswantsmusic.blogspot.com/
